We lived in Goody Bridge Farm for over 30 years bringing up our family. Now that we have moved, we have decided to make our much loved family home available to let alongside our other holiday cottages. The 16th century farmhouse sleeps - 9 recently renovated - with a master superking en suite bedroom, en suite double bedroom, another double bedroom with washbasin, a twin bedroom with washbasin and a single bedroom. There is also a large tv lounge on the upper floor as well as the family bathroom. The Farm has a DVD player with a small selection of DVDs for entertainment.
On the ground floor there is a large dining kitchen with gas hob, electric oven and combi microwave, cosy sitting room with open fire. It is comfortably furnished retaining lots of characterful features. You will have access to a shared utility room, furnished with separate washing machine and tumble dryer, located adjacent to the Farm House. (Please note, the refurbishments have not been reflected in our current photos - to follow in due course).
We currently allow a maximum of 2 dogs per property at an additional cost per dog. Please enter the quantity when making your booking. We ask that dogs are limited to the downstairs area only in the farm.
Bookings for groups of 4 or 6 are only available in low seaon.
*Please note that when booked for 6 guests -one bedroom, and the upstairs TV lounge will be closed off.

There is private parking for 4 medium sized vehicles and a large shared garden, beautiful views and plenty of great walks right from the door. Helm Crag, Easedale Tarn and Silver Howe being our personal favourites.
We require a 30% deposit (which is non-refundable) to confirm a booking and the balance is payable 2 weeks prior to your arrival. For the farm we also require a £250 security deposit, preferred in the form of a post-dated cheque.
